With this Guarantee in place, you can be confident that you will receive
products that:
· Are hygienic, reducing the risk of contamination;
· Offer consistent product quality; and
· Meet or exceed medical and/or industrial standards.
This Guarantee ensures that products remain sanitary throughout the manufacturing and shipping processes, including:
· Quality and storage of raw material;
· Handling and transformation at the manufacturing facility; and
· Verification and control of finished product quality.
RAW MATERIAL
Ronco pays close attention to the sourcing, storage, and consistent quality
of the raw material used in the manufacturing process. This stage is the
first step in ensuring the consistent quality of the finished product.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
In order to meet our high requirements for quality, this step of the
Clean & SafeT system focuses on the: · Safety of employees;
· Hygiene of workers, particularly of those individuals in direct contact with
the product;
· Cleanliness of the packaging materials; and
· Storage of the finished goods until shipment.
QUALITY CONTROL
Product quality is verified as many as three times before being released
for delivery to our valued customers. Random quality control is done online during production. A pre-shipment inspection then occurs. Upon receiving
the items, our internal quality control department tests products samples in order to ensure that they meet our standards and specifications.
